 MATE Sophisticated reports

The ability to quickly and easily generate sophisticated reports, can be difficult when using a database such as Access or similar. In MATE it is simple to produce sophisticated reports that provide very useful information, and in some cases the reports generated would have been near impossible to generate without the contribution of many hours of work.

Reports that can be generated from MATE at quite literally, the click of a button, are as follows:

  • Commencements, completions, progressions, cancellations over a particular period (the user has the option of the current, previous or next day, week, month, quarter, year etc.)
  • List of apprentices sorted by college or training provider attended
  • Candidates – reason for deactivation
  • Apprentices/Trainees – reason for cancellation
  • Apprentices/Trainees – reason for hand back
  • Candidates – how did they hear about us
  • Caseloads by Regional Office, Field Officer etc
  • File notes by Host, Apprentice or Trainee
  • List of NEET applicants/candidates over any particular period you wish to choose
  • Jobs matched but not activated
  • Supervision meetings completed and outstanding
  • Applicants not updated for job match (to candidate status)
  • Supervision meeting reports for particular host employers (CWGA runs these for our largest hosts and we then send these on to the HR Manager of the company so they are ‘kept in the loop’)
  • Claim status reports
  • Host rating reports
  • funding report

An example of a report is as below. This is the ‘Candidate – how did you hear about us’ report:
