Within MATE there is a ‘shared documents’ section which can in effect act as the intranet site to house the latest version of all the documents which your organisation uses. Each time a Field Officer needs to use a particular document they can print this directly from MATE, which ensures they will only ever access the latest version of the document, eliminating the use of outdated copies.
